First contact call or email is usually to briefly discuss the reasons for counseling, rates and scheduling availability, and see if I can help you. 

 

If I am able to help you with your reasons for seeking counseling, then we will schedule your intake consultation.

If you call during day time hours I often am able to return your call the very next day. Otherwise, I will contact you within 48 hours. Remember this is not a crisis number, if you find yourself needing immediate assistance call 911, your local police or 988.
